Saint Celestine V

Pietro di Morrone was born in Isernia, Italy. His family was poor, but Peter had a desire to learn, so his mother made sure to send him school. When he was twenty, Peter became a hermit. He spent his days praying, reading the Bible and doing his work. As other hermits started asking him to guide them, he started a new order of monks. When Peter was eighty-four years of age, he was made a Pope and took the name Celestine V. Runtime : 2:02 mins
