Saint Louise de Marillac

Louise and St Vincent de Paul were good friends. Vincent de Paul was her confessor. Five years after her husband's death, she began to help Vincent de Paul with his many charitable projects. She began to gather a group of women who wanted to help the poor and the sick. She wrote a rule of life for the community, which became known as the Sisters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul.Runtime: 01:34 mins.
